CREATE AWARENESS AMONGST MALAY MEN ABOUT THE NEED FOR TESTICULAR SELF-EXAMINATION.
Research indicates that testicular cancer for men between the ages of 15 - 40 years is on the rise. 95% of the cases can be successfully treated if the cancer is detected early. The problem is the general lack of awareness and the taboo of discussing genitalia in Malay society perpetuates ignorance. The task here was to draw attention and awareness to the fact that regular self-examination can help detect testicular cancer earlier and greatly increase the success rate of treatment.
