Chinese New Year content requires extra effort to stand out. In a social space crowded with content over the festive period, Watsons wanted a film that went deeper than their previous years of creating mere song and dance.
We created a festive film that talked about family values and the age-old problem of sibling rivalry. It is a common phenomenon - amidst the pleasantries and celebration, passive aggressive competition takes place. Our message was to put differences aside in order to look good and feel great - reinforcing Watsons' brand values.
