RHB has always been known as a "Malay" bank and never had they deployed campaign to reach out to the Chinese speaking Chinese. Knowing that Chinese have more saving in the bank accounts, RHB would like to penetrate the Chinese speaking Chinese market
Solution:
To make the campaign more relevant to the Chinese, we rode on the most popular Chinese drama series in 2018. We developed a series of ads in different formats using famous quotes from the drama but tweaked to fit into the saving context.
