Brief:
This is to promote the new Samsung Z Flip5.
The video has really cool shots and it shows different people with different lifestyles using this phone in their own unique way.
The key words that was provided to write the lyrics to is 'œFlex', 'œFlip' and 'œSide'. The music also must be current and relates to the younger audience.
Solution:
To get the message across while not sounding like an 'ad', we used a lot of metaphors and double meanings with those 3 key words.
As it's a flexible phone, we used the word 'Flex' as to show off \ flaunt. It's a gorgeous phone and we implied that we would want the phone to flex all it's sides.
As for 'Flip' we synced that word 'side flip' as the skateboard does a flip trick.
Also a metaphor, conveying that it's a modern flip phone.
All these while being supported by a kick-ass beat.
