To launch Pizza Hut’s new Sourdough Crust, we turned its 16-hour fermentation process into a live media countdown. Instead of simply telling people that great sourdough takes time, we showed them. Real dough was livestreamed as it slowly rose on a billboard for 16 hours, creating a teaser that is as long as the process itself.
