Brief:
Ever noticed that nearly every santan product shows a coconut on the packaging? Yep, ours too. Therefore this Ramadan and Raya, we decided to transform the packs with designs that are intentional and uniquely ours to celebrate what Malaysians hold close to their hearts (or tummies).
Solution:
Cendol & Nyonya Kueh are iconic Malaysian dishes made with santan. To highlight the rich characteristics of these cultural dishes and illustrate the simple yet refined look of these sweet treats, we used watercolour art style, integrating soft pastel hues, delicate brush strokes and minimal textures to accentuate their modest elegance in our illustration.
