In Malaysia, consumers are often dissatisfied with their telco providers, facing issues like high monthly bills, throttled data speeds, and confusing data plans. Despite this widespread frustration, many Malaysians resist switching providers due to the perceived inconvenience. Instead, they tend to vent their grievances without taking meaningful action, leading to a culture of complaint but little change in the telecommunications landscape.
Solution:
To tackle this challenge, we amplified consumer complaints by turning media spaces into digital protest signs. Our campaign empowered Malaysians to publicly share their "telco insecurities." We gathered frustrated comments and showcased them across KL billboards, giving everyday voices a platform while positioning Yes 5G as the solution to their telco issues.
