Even though the MAE app is the most convenient way to apply for Maybank's banking products and services, 70% of all applications we made manually at physical bank branches.

Solution:

We found that 88% of Maybank customers who applied the old-fashioned way are active MAE app users. Why didn't they apply online? Well, they simply overlooked the 'Apply' icon. To make it more noticeable, we highlighted the MAE app's 'Apply' icon in a catchy musical film that contrasts it with the hassles of bank visits. The film features a blend of the Sapeh, a traditional Bornean musical instrument, and a modern, upbeat tune.
