Brief:

Choosing a college or university is a major decision, especially for Malaysian students who have over 60 options. Many students find themselves frustrated with the emotional rollercoaster and financial stress associated with this crucial choice, leading them to turn to the internet for a pre-admission "vibe check." To address this, Taylor's University conducted comprehensive research, interviewing 600 students and engaging with 30 stakeholders. They found 35 pain points and 50 opportunities to address the challenge of guiding students in making informed higher education choices. Our key finding: Students want universities to help them ignite their passions.

Solution:

Taylors University embarked on a digital transformation journey to help students 'Ignite Their Passion'. They created an immersive and responsive website that allowed students to Discover Their Passion: With intuitive design and guided interactions, Taylor's made the whole discovery journey a breeze for students to find the perfect course. Share Their Passion: We enabled them to envision their campus life through virtual tours, and dedicated pages for clubs, societies, and sports to recreational activities. Nurture Their Passion: We simplify access to financial aid, covering scholarships for academic, talent, extracurricular and leadership involvement.
