Brief:
Ribena challenged us to reshape the perception that Ribena is solely a children's drink. The goal was to broaden their consumer base to Malay youth and young Malay professionals. Ribena also wanted a Hari Raya campaign, focusing on its cheer pack and the tagline 'œRibena makes like juicer'. Our task was to craft content that captured the festive spirit, reflected the brand's identity and resonated with the new target audience.
Solution:
And so, Ke Kodiang With Love, a light-hearted mini-series was created. It follows two estranged high school friends who reunite before Hari Raya. We cast Hun Hakeem, an actor who already serves as Ribena's main ambassador, as the lead hero. To embody 'making life juicier,' Ribena was woven into the story, including a memorable moment where the hero uses a Ribena cheer pack to craft an origami heart for his proposal an unforgettable moment that resonated with audiences and enhanced brand visibility.
