Everyday, people are drinking our pints and Good Quality is bound to be a see-saw adventure of up and downs. That's the problem, the Quality is NEVER consistent and when the Quality is bad, business may end up going downhill. With that, we prepared a 1 month experential training that provides a 360 overview of what Star Academy is all about. The plan is to educate and share the experience of Quality Service to our Bartenders, nationwide.
Solution:
Star Academy wants to Save The Pints. We set out on a journey to educate with experiential experience, Ted-Talks filled with educative contents to all the bartenders so that they can serve up a great experience and perfect pints which can lead to overall sales and revenue for each outlets.
