The property market has become saturated as more properties emerge, being one of the major players, Sime Darby Property needed to distinguish itself from its competitors. Unlike the rest, Sime Darby does not just focus on the homes but more importantly on developing communities for its residents. A holistic approach that places equal emphasis on the amenities, facilities and activities, to support and foster communities within their developments.
Solution:
The festive period was the opportunity needed to showcase how Sime Darby Property nurtured communities within its developments. This informed our idea of 'Raya Bersama' (Celebrate Together), the thought that Sime Darby Property is the space that brings residents together even during festive celebrations through its thoughtful amenities, facilities, and activities.
This was brought to life through a festive film that highlighted community living with a crafted festive-inspired song driving home the message.
