The idea stemmed from a simple yet powerful question: We call ourselves a multicultural country, but how well do we truly know one another? Inspired by the curiosity of school days, the campaign took a “back to school” approach — encouraging Malaysians to re-educate themselves about the diverse cultures that make up our nation. This gave rise to Kelas Perpaduan ERA, a platform designed to foster understanding, appreciation, and unity among Malaysians from all walks of life.
Solution:
Kelas Perpaduan ERA was a collaborative campaign driven by a shared vision to promote unity through education and storytelling. Internally, the team aligned on the campaign direction, with Ballsy elevating the creative concept and Your Maker developing impactful DOOH digital materials. It was a true team effort, executed swiftly and seamlessly. The campaign was presented to the Unity Ministry, who responded with full support after reviewing our proposal, execution strategy, and objectives. Beyond promoting unity, the campaign aimed to educate Malaysians on cultural diversity, fostering understanding, appreciation, and kindness. In today’s climate, this message is more relevant than ever — reminding us that true multiculturalism begins with empathy and connection.
