Background:When a safety incident happens in a Grab ride, our main evidence comes from what drivers and passengers say. But sometimes, their stories don't match. As a result, many of these he-say-she-say cases are left unresolved because of the lack of evidence. Challenge:Grab was founded to champion safety in mobility, especially women's safety, but this is a delicate situation. How do we ensure safety in a way that doesn't offend drivers or passengers, while not being too intrusive?
