A less-than-optimal web experience marked by a cluttered user journey, slow responsiveness, and navigation issues, along with inconsistencies in brand alignment. Furthermore, travelers' expectations have shifted. Today's passengers are in search of a personalized, seamless experience and quick access to information. Using Adobe Experience Cloud, Malaysia Airlines revamped its website to improve the overall digital customer journey - from the moment travellers visit the website to search for and book their tickets to experiencing a hassle-free online check-in on the day of their flight.
