Despite this widespread frustration, many Malaysians resist switching providers due to the perceived inconvenience. Instead, they tend to vent their grievances without taking meaningful action, leading to a culture of complaint but little change in the telecommunications landscape.
Solution:
To tackle this challenge, we amplified consumer complaints by turning media spaces into digital protest signs. We empowered everyday consumers as "Yes 5G influencers," showcasing their 'telco insecurities' on billboards, social media, and YouTube. By elevating their voices, we turned real frustrations into powerful endorsements for Yes 5G, making the brand feel like the people's choice.
