Despite this widespread frustration, many Malaysians resist switching providers due to the perceived inconvenience. Instead, they tend to vent their grievances without taking meaningful action, leading to a culture of complaint but little change in the telecommunications landscape.
Solution:
To tackle this challenge, we amplified consumer complaints by turning media spaces into digital protest signs. We empowered everyday consumers as "Yes 5G influencers," showcasing their 'telco insecurities' on billboards, social media, and YouTube. By elevating their voices, we turned real frustrations into powerful endorsements for Yes 5G, making the brand feel like the people's choice.
