In 2022, up to 63% of Malaysians reported close encounters to financial scams. Despite the rise of scam reports, awareness and education on anti-scam protection was still alarmingly low. How could we raise public awareness on anti-scam education?
Solution:
For the first time ever, Malaysia's entire banking industry joined forces to launch #JanganKenaScam, an public service campaign that promoted anti-scam education in an attention-grabbing way with the help of attention-grabbing Malaysians.
