When Raya comes around, brands flood the streets with Raya greetings. But for WONDA Coffee, a simple greeting wasn’t enough. We wanted to make our wish is one that could actually save lives. Raya is one of the peak seasons where accidents happen. Before any families can celebrate, they first need to arrive safely. That’s when coffee play its most important part: keeping Malaysians focused on the road.
Solution:
We added a word to the popular festive greeting as a wish and a reminder to stay alert on their journey to their hometown. Instead of the usual “Selamat Hari Raya,” WONDA wished Malaysians “Selamat Di Hari Raya”, adding just one word to transform it into both a heartfelt wish and a gentle reminder to stay alert and safe on their journeys home.
Displayed on digital billboards along major highways, the message became a timely call for mindfulness on the road, while tying back to WONDA’s role as the coffee that keeps Malaysians refreshed and awake. It served as an extension of WONDA’s Raya TVC with Keluang Man, which celebrated our frontliners deployed during the Raya season, echoing the same vigilant spirit embodied by our local superhero.
