In a saturated market of spicy fried chicken, Jollibee faces the challenge of differentiating Spicy Chickenjoy from competitors who were also promoting their spicy offerings. How can Jollibee leverage the fact that their Spicy Chickenjoy is perfectly made, great tasting, crunchy, and the right kind of spicy in order to attract spicy fried chicken eaters who already have their preferred fried chicken brand?
Solution:
Spicy fried chicken from some brands is too spicy but not tasty, but other brands have not enough spice. We created a short and punchy film that called out the pain points of people not getting the perfect balance of spicy and tasty spicy fried chicken from other brands. And then showed them that Jollibee's Gotchu! with Spicy Chickenjoy that's well balanced in crispiness, juiciness, spiciness, and tastiness using deliciously detailed food shots of said spicy fried chicken.
