As one of the oldest banks in Malaysia, CIMB is being seen as conventional, cold, and old. We needed a brand campaign that would help CIMB appear younger and more relevant.
Solution:
People only think of banks when they need to make something happen whether it's securing a loan for a new bike, car, house, or to expand their business, etc. They turn to us only when they need something. Let's own that and become the brand that helps people make things happen. We created the Kita Bagi Jadi (Make It Happen) campaign that celebrates Malaysians never-give-up spirit, featuring Malaysian personalities that are known for their grit and persistence.
