Brief:

Even though the MAE app is the most convenient way to apply for Maybank's banking products and services, 70% of all applications we made manually at physical bank branches.

Solution:

We found that 88% of Maybank customers who applied the old-fashioned way are active MAE app users. Why didn't they apply online? Well, they simply overlooked the 'Apply' icon. To ensure its noticeability, we put a spotlight on the MAE app's 'Apply' icon against the hassles of bank visits in an ear-wormy musical film.
