Brief:
Early Childhood Education is often perceived as a field with limited career opportunities and growth. How do we shift this perception and demonstrate that it offers dynamic and rewarding career paths?
Solution:
Early Childhood Education is not just about teaching it's about shaping the future by nurturing young minds. Our goal was to highlight the exciting opportunities in this field in a way that is approachable, vibrant, and engaging.
We produced "Early Childhood Education Journey, Follow Me 幼教花路米," a visually engaging film featuring our teachers, alumni, and students. To make the information easier to absorb, we divided the film into 10 episodes, while also offering a full version for those who prefer to watch it all at once. Through playful hand-drawn illustrations and vibrant visuals, we showcased key aspects of the program and its diverse career pathways, conveying genuine learning experiences and emotional connections to the audience. The film was launched on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to spark interest and shift perceptions, demonstrating that Early Childhood Education is both rewarding and full of potential.
