Brief:
To celebrate JDT FC’s 11th consecutive league title, we aimed to create a once in a lifetime experience that connected the team, fans, and community. Beyond a football celebration, the event was designed as a live storytelling experience, blending sports, music, and multimedia to honour JDT’s legacy and inspire pride among supporters on-site and worldwide.
Solution:
The celebration began with thunderous chants from The Boys of Straits, followed by a high-energy performance by Plague of Happiness that electrified the stadium.
The night took an extraordinary turn with a time-coded drone storytelling showcase. The drones perfectly synchronised with narration, projection mapping, lasers, lights, and fireworks, each sequence narrating JDT’s legendary journey and triumphs.
As the crowd illuminated the stands with their phone flashlights, they became an integral part of the story, transforming the stadium into a sea of light and emotion.
The night reached its climax when the team captain lifted the championship trophy, symbolising unity, pride, and the unbreakable spirit of the Southern Tigers. This moment was witnessed by 35,000 in the stadium and thousands more beyond, showcasing the team’s dominance and the power of unity.
